AscendMax is a digital subscription service. Access to premium features is fulfilled electronically after a successful purchase and account activation.

If you purchase through our website or app, subscription access is generally delivered immediately after payment confirmation. In some cases, activation may take a short amount of time depending on your payment provider or app store processing.

If you do not receive access after purchase, contact support@ascendmax.app and include the email used for purchase along with any receipt or transaction details.
