Refund Policy
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when otherwise stated in a specific promotional or money-back offer.
For purchases made through Apple or Google Play, refund requests are handled by the platform where the purchase was made and are subject to that platform's billing rules.
For website purchases, contact support@ascendmax.app with your purchase email, transaction date, and the last 4 digits of the card used so our team can review your request.
