I don’t see my subscription in my Apple ID

If you purchased a Premium plan but don’t see it under your Apple ID subscriptions, you most likely subscribed directly through our website (a “web plan”), not through Apple.

How to know if you have a web subscription:

  • You paid with credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal directly on our checkout page.
  • You subscribed after clicking an ad on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms.
  • The subscription is not visible in your Apple or Google account, but the charges still appear.
  • On your bank statement, the charge appears with descriptors such as “Kazuo Corporation” or “ascendmax.app” (not “Apple” or “Google”).

How to manage your web subscription:

  • Log in to the AscendMax app with your login credentials.
  • Go to the settings in the top right corner, then click manage subscription and billing → cancel subscription.
  • From there, you can manage or cancel your subscription.
  • Alternatively, you can email support@ascendmax.app for help. Send your full name, last 4 digits of a card, card brand (visa, mastercard, etc) and date of any transaction so we can locate your subscription.
