Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes. As stated in our Terms of Use, all AscendMax subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Key Points:

  • Automatic Renewal: Your plan (weekly, monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or annual, depending on what you selected) renews at the end of each billing cycle.
  • Trial Periods: If your subscription begins with a trial (e.g., $0.99 for 7 days), it will automatically convert to the subscription rate you selected unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • Billing: At each renewal, your selected payment method will be charged automatically to ensure uninterrupted access to premium features.
  • Cancellation: To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel before the renewal date. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

How to Cancel:

  • Website Purchases: Sign in at app.ascendmax.app/login, go to the settings in the top right corner, then click manage subscription and billing → cancel subscription. You can also email support@ascendmax.app.
  • App Store Purchases: Manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account.
  • Google Play Purchases: Manage and cancel subscriptions through your Google Account.

Refunds:

As outlined in our Terms, subscription charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or under our Money-Back Policy (if applicable). There are no refunds for partial or unused subscription periods after renewal.
