AscendMax is a premium subscription-based service. To create an account and access premium features, it is necessary to select a subscription plan and provide a valid payment method.

Key Points:

• Subscription Choice Required: You cannot complete sign-up without selecting a subscription plan and explicitly confirming your subscription.
• Transparent Pricing: The subscription price, billing period (weekly, monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or annual), and any applicable trial offer (such as $0.99 for 7 days) are displayed on-screen before you complete your purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: As outlined in our Terms of Use, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Billing Authorization: By confirming your purchase, you authorized AscendMax (and its payment processors) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Important Notes:

• Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
